I ain't nevah did that shit! Poured watah on thah muh fuckahs tah covah at least ah knuckle deep! Put thah pot cover or Dutch oven lid on it! On top of an off burner on top of the stove. The next day, whenevah thah fuck! Start cookin them bitches! Anyway...
Cut up some bacon! Fry about four slices intah ah Dutch oven or pot of choice!
Put ah shitload of onion, ah shitload of garlic and ah shitload of green pepper!
Sautee that shit along with thah bacon! Until thah onions are translucent!
Add thah drained soaked beans!
Along with one can of chicken stock! And Four cups of water!
Two tablespoons of salt! One tablespoon of pepper! 1/4 of ah teaspoon of MSG. Three Bay Leaves. Chicken base. And three tablespoons of Goya Bean Sauce or Soy Sauce.
Simmer, with pot cover tilted, for two hours.
Season tah taste.
Put a scoopful of potato salad, slaw, macaroni salad, tuna...whatevah thah Holy fuck, in the middle of your bowl of choice.
Pour beans around given mayonnaise based (refrigerated at least three hour) salad.
A dollop of butter on the beans.
Fuck thah muh fuckin cornbread!
