Anyway...pain is daily, from the time my old ass gets out of bed in thah mornin until my Black ass goes tah sleep at night! But throughout thah day as I walk, do yard work, go to work walkin all thah time, do maybe two or three sets of squats...the pain changes throughout the day given thah stress put on the lower body joints by those aforementioned actions....
