First things first.
There shall not be any modern day communications.
Only United States Postal Service communication while planning and subsequent carrying out of agreed actions.
Weekly regional meetings are a must. No modern day communication devices allowed in or around meeting establishments. Any breech shall be cause for that region to forfeit any and all communications.
No personal names shall ever be used even in USPS communications.
Each region shall establish a meeting place preferably a proximal Christian church with limited affiliations....
