The WondroUS World of Nature! And Today's Breakfast Was ObvioUSly Anti-Inflammatory!

 Well, I decided before I would have taken my morning supplements, to make a smoothie before ingestion. 

I put frozen blackberries, frozen raspberries, frozen blueberries, a cut up Cosmic Crisp apple, a banana, a tablespoon of peanut butter, a half of a teaspoon of Taurine powder, two tablespoons of Beet Root powder in a blender. Added Almond Milk to my certain consistency preference. Drank half of thah shit! And saved thah othah half for around 1600 ingestion.

Damn!

And some two hours later! The pain in my hip has abated!...
