Feelin like old ass broke shizit fo show! Well,

Started doin this anti-parasitic shit again with 

Black Walnut Hulls. It's efficacy is better when you take it on an empty stomach BID like I've been doin!

Yesterday, Day Three, I had some skin eruptions. Small patches on my left hip, upper left tricep and my face kind of broke out. Today,

Day Four still thah same. But today, like I routinely do,  Brushing my teeth is a three step process, I gargled and brushed my teeth and tongue vigoroUSly with an antiseptic mouth wash, then brushed my teeth and tongue with tooth paste. Then I put about two tablespoons full of hydrogen peroxide in my mouth, gargled for about two to three minutes or so. Spit some of  thah heavily foamed up shit out and brushed my teeth and then started brushin my tongue with thah peroxide vigoroUSly. Went a lil too far back with thah toothbrush and caught that gag reflex type of shit! And what do yah know, gagged up three nice sized 

Tonsilloliths!

And don't US dare evah pick one of  'em nasty muh fuckahs up, with sincere Human curiosity,

Smell it!
